All our products are sold were as it is and with 2 weeks money back warranty. 100% amount will be returned if it is online installation and support without any questions. If any onsite installation and services were rendered call charges and TA, DA will be deducted from the refund amount. If you are not satisfied for suitability to your business process or user friendliness or features or for any other reason you are at liberty to return the product. Your claim must reach us through email or post within 2 weeks of installation. After 2 weeks it is deemed to be your acceptance and satisfaction of the product and your right to return will expire and under any circumstances claim of refund cannot be accepted and it is deemed that you have accepted our company’s AMC policy.
All our products are sold with 6 months free service period. In this period you can avail online service and support for training, troubleshooting etc., Any upgrades released during the period will be given free of cost during the period and these may be auto update or manual update. Company will not take any responsibility for protection of data hence clients has to take care of frequent backups and has to make their own arrangements for protection and preservation of data. Since the software is sold as it is any customizations requests cannot be entertained.
The current AMC policy from 1-4-2017 in force until new policy comes in. The AMC amount will be 20% of sale price subject to a minimum of Rs.4500/- for each installation. The registration fee of AMC is Rs.2500/-. Updation charges usually will be Rs.3500/- for each higher version release.
For the loyal customers who are in continuous AMC after warranty their registration fee of Rs.2500/- is waived. There is no need to pay upgradation charges for normal upgrades even for higher versions of Rs. 3500/- during the AMC period. In addition to above all, 30% discount will be given on Minimum amount of AMC i.e. 70% of 4500/- is Rs. 3000/- . All these discounts and concessions will be given for only continuous AMC customers from warranty period without any break in AMC.
During the period of AMC you can avail online service and support for training, Troubleshooting etc., any onsite visit requests may or may not be entertained at the discretion and feasibility of the company. For onsite visit call charges and TA, DA to be paid as per the norms of the company.
All the clients are advised to be in AMC in continuation immediately after warranty period without any break up period.
