This Refund Policy applies to payments made to BookXpert Private Limited through PhonePe and other approved payment methods for subscriptions, renewals, or related services.
General Refund Rule
Payments made for software subscriptions, renewals, implementation, support, or digital services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated, delivered, or consumed.
Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payment made for the same order or subscription.
- Payment deducted but service not activated due to verified technical failure attributable to our side.
- Amount charged in excess due to a demonstrable billing error.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after successful payment and activation.
- Incorrect payment made due to user error in choosing a plan or entering details.
- Service interruption caused by internet, bank, PhonePe, device, or user-side issues outside our control.
Refund Process
Eligible refund requests should be raised with payment details, date, amount, transaction reference, and reason by contacting 9154650959 or bookxpertpvtltd2020@gmail.com. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be credited within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
